Since the mid 1980's I have focused on both the functionality and technology associated with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management applications. As the trend to build shifted to that of buy, my focus is now with both Siebel and SalesForce solutions. Siebel as an On Premise solution and SalesForce, a Software As A Service (SAAS) solution along with SAP’s CRM products dominate the current marketplace. As a Siebel expert and a student of SalesForce, only these two products have captured my interest.
